It’s been nearly ten years since Brennan moved to Virginia Beach for a job opportunity and to earn a Master of Business Administration. Beyond its beaches and pleasant weather, he found Hampton Roads to be full of many great people, and he got to know the area extremely well from the many friends he has made. He considers it a privilege to live somewhere surrounded by so many people who have sacrificed and served in the military, businesses built by innovative entrepreneurs, and well-kept communities. He greatly appreciated the tremendous help of Austin James Realty to buy and sell his own homes. The exceptional, people-first way the team does business inspired him to join the firm as an agent. Brennan believes all hobbies and interests tie back to real estate. While the open, upstairs office is his favorite feature of his house, he enjoys spending time on his patio smoking chili or brisket. His garage houses his mountain bike collection, skis, and car detailing products. He’s not far from his gym where he transforms others through coaching and meal planning. He loves hearing about the interests and lifestyles of his clients so he can help them find the perfect place to call home.
